By using the website located at airwayheightsconcreteandmasonry.com, contacting Airway Heights Concrete & Masonry for services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or engage our services.
Airway Heights Concrete & Masonry is a masonry and concrete contractor based in Airway Heights, WA. We provide masonry, concrete, brick, foundation, and related services to residential and commercial customers in the greater Spokane region. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, and related masonry work.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion. Our website provides general information about our services and is not a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-person assessment of the property and scope of work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are not binding contracts - work begins only when both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Final pricing may change from the original estimate if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed - for example, if hidden damage is discovered during the job that was not visible during the initial inspection. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with additional work.
We do not guarantee that prices will remain constant across different projects or time periods. Material costs and labor rates are subject to change.
Scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. We make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled start dates, but factors outside our control - including weather conditions, material availability, and prior job delays - may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduled start date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation of a signed service agreement may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in that agreement, particularly if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel work due to unsafe weather conditions, including temperatures that would prevent proper curing of masonry materials.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the agreement.
If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for collection, including placing a lien on the property where permitted by Washington State law.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. You are responsible for removing personal property, vehicles, or obstacles from areas where work will be performed, as directed by our team.
You represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property in question - either as the owner or as an agent of the owner with proper authorization. If you are a tenant, you are responsible for obtaining any required landlord consent before work begins.
For projects that require a building permit, we will apply for and obtain the required permit(s) on your behalf unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Permit fees may be included in the project estimate or billed separately. We perform all work in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations in Airway Heights, Spokane County, and Washington. You agree to cooperate with any required inspections.
Warranty terms for completed work are specified in the written service agreement for each project. Warranties cover the specific repair or installation completed and are subject to the limitations described in that agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of nature or weather events beyond normal seasonal conditions, misuse or modification of the repaired area by the property owner or third parties, pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work, or failure to follow any maintenance instructions provided.
Where specified in the service agreement, warranties may be transferable to subsequent property owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airway Heights Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
